Better SAFE than SORRY

education is what allows people on the road to be aware and cautious
of themselves and others. Without education on safe driving and the
correct way to be be a safe driver, it to learn from the laws and
rules that are put in place to protect us. In drivers ed,
drivers gain a deeper understanding of the rules and laws that they
should keep in mind. They practice safety and awareness while on the
road. Steps that can be taken to reduce the number of deaths related
to driving are to stay educated on the laws and be aware of your
surroundings when you are behind the wheel. Often times. In the
beginning stages of teens learning to drive, they familiarize
themselves with the rules of the road. However, over time the rules
are no longer in mind while driving. This is the exact reason why
people get into car accidents. Being informed and aware will allow
all people to be safe on the road. In order to educate teens an the
rules of the road, education in schools should be more heavily
enforced. For example, up until this year, my school began teaching
drivers ed. This class has allowed me to learn about the the
correct ways of driving and what to do in case of an emergency.
Even if
you are following all the rules and are being cautious, doesn’t
mean that others are, so always be aware of your surroundings.
People’s lives’ are at risk every time they are in the road
because of drivers who do not know how to drive or violate the laws.
Steps I can take in order to be a safer driver are to learn
everything there is to know about driving. As I prepare to take my
drivers exam and get my licence, I will ensure that I educate myself
and put into action all the Achieving my learners permit to learn
road rules. Now to help others, I can be safe on the road by driving
cautiously by driving in the speed limit and always being are of my
driving habits and how others are driving.
