are children on the road. Each drunk, distracted, or otherwise
careless driver risks taking a child's life. They risk taking the
life of a newborn making his or her first car trip back to their new
home. They risk taking the life of a little kid excited to see his
first baseball game. They risk taking away a loved one of any size,
