I took in school and learned how to drive safely. Cars are a means of transportation, and a multi-thousand pound vehicle is not a toy to use racing around town. In front of many high schools, I have seen cars smashed in accidents and a sign in front of the vehicle states how many people died in the accident. Only can educate new drivers properly instead of having an older sibling or parent.
