It is important for a driver to be educated in order not reduce but to avoid completely deaths as a result of driving. Driver education reduces traffic violations the minute a driver is on the steering wheel it is common cause that he or she is driving all other cars surrounding them because one little mistake will result in fatal consequences with unreversible damning effects Students should learn firsthand effects of inattentive, reckless and dangerous driving. From texting while driving ,speeding ,driving under the influence .
As an individual the moment you get into your car a lot of peoples fate is now in your hands .Being cautious on the road is not an option but a necessity .Driving carefully is equal to the air that you breath it is as important as it has an effect of living someone without a life when tempered with .A motor vehicle is convenient it takes people from point A to B without ant struggle but it is also a machine which must be operated according to standards . Everyone on the road is rushing somewhere, everyone needs to get somewhere on time .It is always good to give each other chances like civilized individuals we are .
Driver education is important in reducing the number of deaths as a result of driving ,everyone should be a certified driver .Everyone who decide to sit on the steering wheel should be by law allowed to do so as they have the lives of other motorist ,passengers even pedestrians at stake and any way through education to drive when you suppose to ,drive how you suppose to and drive when you are supposed to brings the community ,the nation closer in reducing the number of deaths as a result of driving.
Firstly to reduce the number of deaths related to driving mature people should drive and also a certain age should be allowed to drive so that there is the availability of a level of being considerate and maturity on the road .Only certified drivers should be allowed on the road .Since we have different types of motor cycles the rules and regulations must see to it that each individual driving a vehicle is certified to do so and carries a license permitting them to do so.
Authorities must implement as many measures to change driving behavior and reduce traffic violations and crashes such as traffic enforcement that is police surveillance, and speedy cameras. Traffic enforcement has proven has proven to be effective in decreasing the use of mobile phones while driving. Knowledge must be conveyed to drivers regarding traffic safety and enhancing drivers driving skills. Drivers should obey the rules of the road, speed limits, stop at stop signs and use road signals. Drivers should also drive defensively, be aware of other drivers and what is happening around them. Distractions should be avoided no to the use of phones or other devices while driving. Breaks should be taken, if you are driving for a long time take breaks every couple of hours to avoid fatigue which lead to loss of concentration
In April 2024 I visited my mothers brother in Botswana .We surely had a good time catching up as it was a long time since last met .Upon my return home my uncle drive me with his family to board the bus back ,I was shocked to see my uncle heavily drunk .From his homestead to the terminus I was unstable but I also took the opportunity to scold him on how dangerous it is to drive under the influence .The was he was driving was dangerous at one point he even swayed out of the road .Ignorance is very dangerous to come to think of it his whole family was in the car anything could have happened that would put everyone in the car and other people in danger
As an individual I would first become a licensed driver, making sure I’m fit for the road, I would also make it a habit to drive safe always. It is important as a driver to drive safe and be considerate. I will make sure I’m not always in a rush on the road. Avoiding driving under the influence and volunteering in any event possible which has something to do with accidents awareness and safe driving awareness.
