The
importance of drivers ed in reducing the number deaths as a
result of driving differences
between teens who receive drivers ed and those who do not.
Drivers ed is associated with a lower incidence of both crashes
and convictions reducing crashes by 4.3% and convictions by nearly
40%. Young drivers between 15- and 20-years-old accounted for 6.4%
(13.2 million) of total drivers on the road. An average of nine teens
ages 16-19 were killed
every
day
from motor vehicle injuries.
The
steps can be taken to reduce the number of deaths related to drivings
by the key points which are to obey the traffic laws, be
predictable, avoid distractions, drive rested, and steer clear of
alcohol and drugs. You can also pull into traffic slowly. There are
many things that you can do to avoid car accidents. For example, look
backwards when backing out, Stop, Look, Listen. You just need to be
careful and pay attention.

Yes,
I had an experience when a friend that I was with was being
irresponsible and was using their phone while driving and also
speeding and having people in the car. I had a lot of family members
that had gotten in car accidents because they were being
irresponsible. I will never be irresponsible like how my family was.
It can end peoples lives.
The
steps that you can take to be a better and safer driver is to help
others become safer on the road and to think safety first, be aware
of your surroundings, and to do not depend on other driver. Also, use
appropriate speed at all times. You don’t need to be be in a rush
or you don’t need to be speeding.
