Driving
is a way of transportation that should always be safe and shouldn't
be something someone is afraid to do. For example, I have a friend
that is 20 and still doesn't have his driver's license. He feels as
if it's more safe to walk to places and he feels no need to drive in
his community. Regardless, he states, "I trust myself to drive
to places and back, but the people on the way are the people that he
does not have faith in. This just should not be the case. One of the
easiest ways to solve this issue is to make the drivers test required
for the license more difficult that it already is. Many people lose
their lives because of faulty drivers in the nation. So if it's an
avoidable death then it should be a necessity to fix. On top of a
harder drivers test at 16, the paper test should be just as hard. In
addition to that there should be another test once the person turns
18 as it should refresh their memory on the rules. But the majority
of the time there is many people that just need a refreshment because
they're used to the rules that they've created themselves and become
accustomed to.
