Drivers ed is going to be the key in reducing the number of deaths from those starting at a young age or even to seniors. Being capable of just focusing on the small basics as far as driving, learning how to stop, three point turns, and all the other knowledge and skills to accomplish great driving techniques. There are many steps that you can take to ensure your safety and in reducing the number of deaths. Steps such as always having on your seatbelt, not to drink and drive, not multitasking if you're not able to, or too keep it safe and not to drive too fast. There are times where I have been heading back and forth from school and a few people have crossed over in my lane or speeding full on and I always wondered do they not think about those around them while being very careless. I remember around my eighth grade year of middle school the car I was in, even though it wasn’t an accident with another car but it flipped over for about a minute but leaving three that were in the cvar with me to later having trauma and having to have skin grafts. Steps that I can take to be a better driver as well as helping others to become safer on the road are first following the rules of the road, telling others to as well. Enlightening some of what can happen if drinking and driving or even texting and driving. When on the road if I see anything that can harm others I Should honk or get law enforcement involved. I will have to take all measures necessary just to do better and become a safer driver. It takes courage to survive. Why not help make sure another person breathes another day as well.
