education is essential to reducing the number of car accidents. When
educating people with facts they’re more likely to listen to what
you have to say. There are many things that can be done to reduce
death risk while driving. While buckling your seatbelt may be
no-brainer, some people do indeed drive without it, which can lead to
severe injury. With people needing to always be connected, phones are
becoming a larger problem, too many people are distracted from
driving. Not only are phones the core of the problem, but also
driving while under the influence of a substance or lack of sleep. I
have been in a car accident when my step dad was driving, I at first
thought we had taken a bad turn, but I was soon alarmed with the
crushed car. The car accident was due to another irresponsible
driving cruising through a red light. When getting behind the wheel I
always put my phone in the middle consul, so I have no chance of
getting distracted by a notification. That one notification could be
the difference between life or death.
