Reckless
Driving is Not The Way to Go!

As
Americans living in a big city, there is a substantial need for
liable transportation, taking public transportation places is not
liable because there is a possibility of them showing up later than
they are scheduled to arrive and cause people to show up late to
school or their jobs. In addition to needing liable transportation
many Americans just love cars for many different reasons. But with
owning a vehicle whether it's a car or a motorcycle comes
responsibility. Every driver is responsible for obtaining their
driver's license and having car insurance in case something were to
happen to their vehicle or if they happen to be a part of a collision
the other driver's insurance can work things out with your insurance
company. There are laws created to ensure the safety of all drivers
but when one driver does not follow these laws there is a possibility
that they can harm one or more drivers or even pedestrians. For
example, taking a drivers ed class can help reduce the number
of deaths occurred because the drivers are aware of negative outcomes
due to their actions. A few of those actions can be speeding, a
driver is not able to slow down in time if a light were to turn red,
or if a pedestrian crosses where they are not supposed to. Another
example would be driving under the influence, this can harm anyone in
the vehicle with someone that is under the influence because it
negatively impacts your driving ability. In order to reduce the
number of deaths related to driving is to take driving exams, study
the rules of the road and what certain signs mean. I have seen a
family member driving recklessly due to being under the influence and
its a scary sight especially knowing that they have children or other
people in the vehicle with them. He was not able to stay in one lane,
it was less scary knowing there were barely any vehicles on the road
since it was really late. There are steps that can be taken to
prevent people from driving recklessly which are keeping your car in
good shape, always wearing a seat belt, properly positioning your
hands on the steering wheel, keeping a safe distance from the vehicle
in front of you and a major step is limiting all distractions, which
means not using technology if it is not a hands free device, not even
the touch screens that the newer cars have.
