Seatbelts Save Lifes

As anyone could
argue, it is very important that teenagers get a proper education
when it comes to being on the road. I feel no texting while driving,
no drinking or drugs, and overall paying attention is very important
when learning how to drive. Teachers have been preaching on these
subjects more and more as our world advances, but they should still
focus on what we've been teaching for decades. Seatbelts. July 23,
2018 is one of these reasons. As me and my friend were driving down a
backroad, a little too fast, in her convertible, we came up over a
hill and lost control. We ended up flipping the car 3 times and
landing upside-down. We both came out with minor injuries, but a
whole new outlook on driving. A seatbelt saved my life. All I can say
is that teenagers need to be preached about seat belts just as much
as they are preached to about drinking and texting while driving. I
see too many teens crashing and dying. Just when you think you do not
need one, because there is no way it could happen to you, it will.
