These rules and regulations are created to keep people safe and it is crucial to emphasize to the masses that driving is very serious and lives are at risk. The steps that should be taken to reduce the number of lives is by creating longer behind the wheel driving courses at a more affordable price and making the behind the wheel test longer. This gives more time for assessing the drive to make sure they aren't risking lives. There should also be more police officers looking out for reckless driving and texting while driving.
