the road. But lately people have gone less and less to driver
education classes. The importance of drivers ed is great when
reducing the number of deaths on the streets when driving. Driving
education teaches you to be alert and always survey your area when on
the road just in case you must avoid a collision of some sort.
Driving education also teaches you to be alert off your surroundings.
Steps can be taken to ensure that there is safety when a person is
driving. The steps that can be taken is that you can reduce phone
usage and pay attention to the road. The second step that can be
taken is that you can limit distractions in your car, and you can
check your surroundings on and off the road. I have had firsthand
experience on a car crash a few years ago because of a reckless
driver. There are multiple steps to be a better and safer driver like
limiting distractions on the road and always be cautious of what
dangers are on the road. Another step you can take to be safer on the
road is to keep your car in good shape or condition because if your
car has problems that could danger you and another person that you
are sharing the road with. An additional step is to always buckle up
when driving and properly position your hands on the steering wheel.
The last step to be a safe driver is that the driver needs to keep a
safe distance from the car in front of you.
