The Safety of Driving

To drive the driver must receive some type of education that indicates that they understand to know the rules to drive. Everyday someone gets injured due to a driver’s mistake. By taking drivers education you further your understanding knowledge of the safety of not only yourself but others around you. The driver’s education will teach the driver all the rules and regulations. Knowing the laws will decrease the chances of danger on the road caused by you. All car accidents occur because a driver has failed to follow the correct regulations. If all are received education on driving and are conscious about it then the number of deaths is highly likely to decrease. To prioritize your education about driving there are certain steps that are needed to take. It is important to make sure that you take the permit test seriously and to never go by luck to succeed. The material you learn for the permit test is essential to drive such as the meaning for signs, acceleration of the car, and what the lines on the street mean. Failure to recognize and acknowledge the signs and their meanings leads to many accidents. Not seeing a stop sign leads to so many problems and as well as missing other street signs. Another step to decrease the number of deaths would be to always drive sober. It is tragic to see how many drivers under the influence cause so much pain to others all because they had to drive drunk. I myself have not been in a car accident however I have witnessed some friends and family driving irresponsibly. I have seen people drive under the influence which is extremely harmful towards the driver and other drivers. Many times I have witnessed drivers going over the speed limit. Speeding can make it difficult for the driver to slow down and take control over the car which could lead to many accidents. An aunt of mine had been in a car accident where the other driver had not been paying attention and continued driving without noticing that my family was there. The impact was bad that my cousin had to go to therapy to get her shoulder and body back to feeling normal. The driver that hit my cousin’s car admitted to not looking and observing her surroundings. It all comes back to having, understanding, and always remembering a driver’s education. This education is something that everyone should have at one point in their life. Yes, many people do have a driver’s education however not many people remember all things or simply do not care for them. Everyone knows to not look or use your phone will driving yet tons of people still use them. As a driver you know to stop when you see a stop sign but yet many still choose not to stop. These are common sense but for some reason, it is still hard for others to get it. I encourage everyone to not think about themselves but also others. To improve and increase safety will driving then the driver’s education should be essential and the driver at all times should keep the regulation in their thoughts.
