Drinking and driving can be prevented by simply not drinking while out or maintaining from drinking. If you can’t then, you must find a decent friends group that will help you and your friends drive if you are drunk, another one is to do ride-share services, use apps like Uber or Lyft to get a ride home or if you can’t afford Uber then you can take the public transportation, it may be dirty, but it can save your life take advantage of buses, trains or other public transit like the train or the even the taxi place. If you are having fun that night, and you are drinking a lot, then maybe you should decide to stay at a friend's place or book at a nearby hotel and stay the night there. If you know you are going to drink, then you can plan, decide how you will get home before you even start pouring the drink, and stick to your plan afterward. If anything you can’t do then call a friend or a close family member to take you home, in a situation where you’ve been drinking and don’t have a safe way home call someone you trust for a ride back to your place or their place where you can stay. Or simply be prepared, keep the contact information for local taxi companies or any ride-share services handy on your phone, in case you might need them. If this all fails then, use a sober friend's car, if a friend in your group hasn’t been drinking, then you may consider using their car as transportation. Also, you may consider using a designated driver service, I know it may be expensive. Some companies specialize in providing designated drivers who will drive you and your car home safely. If you know you are not responsible for it, then you should avoid parties and gatherings. The last tip I will give in this essay, take responsibility for your actions and understand the potential consequences not only for yourself but also for others on the roads. Choose safety over convenience and not any circumstances, do not give in to peer pressure because from my experience it will cost you your life. My relationship to this very issue is one of my cousins, was driving home drunk, he spun out of control and hit a moving truck, and he passed away on instant impact, His body as I have been told, was fragmented and his head was barely hanging on, his whole body was flat from him, hitting the truck head-on. I didn't mean to scare you with this story, but there is a deep risk of drinking and driving, never and any circumstances drink while you are out, and you are forced to drive, Drinking impairs your thinking and makes the mind lag, and while driving you need full focus, if you do drink and drive it may be your last moment on earth. Always have faith

My personal relationship to this very issue, is one of my cousins, was driving home drunk, he spun out of control and hit a moving truck, he passed away on instant impact, His body as I have been told, he was fragmented and his head was barely hanging on, his whole body was flat from him, hitting the truck head on. I didn't mean to scare you of this story, but there is a deep risk of drinking and driving, never and any circumstances drink while you are out, and you are forced to drive, Drinking impairs your thinking makes make the mind lag, and while driving you need full focus while driving, if you do drink and drive it may be your last moment on earth

Personally right now I don’t drive but I have some stories from people getting distracted while driving and I want to tell you some ways that I could help others from texting behind the wheel. First I will give some methods of prevention, first is to tell your friends and family. What are the consequences of texting while driving? Well, the obvious is your death is at higher risk if you are texting without safety, you are risky your life, and the next thing is that you could harm someone or even caused there death, And, if you do kill somebody, you will be in jail for a long time even if you didn’t mean to do it, Your decisions led you to enter a jail cell. Next thing as an individual,l I would set a positive example by not texting and driving yourself, if you set a good example others will follow, Third thing is, speak up if you see someone texting while driving, if you are in the car with the person, tell them to get off of the phone and focus on the road, for my safety and your safety. Next thing is to encourage friends and family to commit to not texting and driving be a positive role model in your family and friends life. Next thing you can do is share educational resources about the dangers of distracted driving. This will make them cautious about texting while driving. This will limit them, and force them to make better decisions that will lead to a better outcome. Next, you could become a lobbyist, and advocate for stricter laws and penalties for texting and driving. This will make people think before they text and drive because it would be a crime now. Also you can support initiatives promoting safe driving habits, because initiatives will make a person act in a way to earn incentives because everybody wants money or any reward. Also you can use the block notifications while driving because your phone will be blocked and mostly you won't get on your phone. Next is that you can also promote a designated texter for friends or family when they’re driving. Or maybe in the bright light, if you use your phone while driving it will turn off. You can also make social media campaigns to raise awareness. Organize community events that focus on safe driving practices and you can also volunteer with organizations that work to prevent distracted driving, and you can also encourage businesses to implement policies prohibiting texting while driving for their employees. And if they ain't enough you can participate in a distracted driving campaign. Also if you want you can display ain't-texting and driving stickers or signs on your vehicle and the most important is to share personal stories or experiences related to the dangers of texting while driving. Finally, be patient and understanding with others, but firm in your stance against texting and driving.
