Some actions you can take are get as much supervised driving as possible, don’t use your phone in the car, develop the right attitude a driver is supposed to have, always wear you seat belt(even if you are in the back seat), limite your driving at night if you are a beginner, limit your passengers, and keep it under the speed limit while you are driving, never drink and drink, etc can prevent lots of accidents and lots deaths that happens on the road. I personally have never been in a accident because my dad always follows the rules and almost never uses his phone while driving and some of thing about driving I learned from him, but I do know one of my relative who have died from a accident and I know what a death of a family member can do to your family, the cause of the accident was not my relative but the other person that not responsible on the road and this experience also taught me to always be responsible and pay attention on the road. The steps I would take is that one I start driving I will always be responsible and attentive on the road and never use my phone on the road, I will never drink and drive(I don’t like to drink or anything like that and I never will ;), and if I know anyone who is being irresponsible on the road I will teach him about everything that can happen and what it can do to your family or the person’s family that you crashed into. This is how I will be able to keep my safety and others safety while driving.
