Furthermore, fewer accidents and deaths occur. The most important lesson I learned from Driver's Education was to avoid panicking and react to prevent other damage from occurring. Further steps to lessen the death count include operating with a coherent mind, knowing your limits, obeying signs and laws, actively taking in observations, maintaining the vehicle, and wearing protective measures (i.e., seatbelt). If I were to panic after my fender bender incident, I could have caused much more damage to myself and other vehicles.
