Useful yet Dangerous


Cars today are more mobile computers than actual automobiles. While
such devices in cars can be helpful like helping one navigate the
roads or being able to play music manually. However, while technology
can be useful in these aspects it is most certainly dangerous. These
dangers extend further than one using their phone while driving. Take
for example the car brand Tesla. It is a spectacle in the automobile
industry however while it may have many innovative and “cool”
tech features it is proving to be more dangerous for individuals. One
with a Tesla can not only play games on the large pad screen between
the driver and passenger, but they can browse the web. While these
features may seem interesting and fun to use, they should not be put
into modern cars. The United States is already experiencing a surge
of accidents due to people being on their phones. What is scarier is
that Tesla allows one to do everything on their phone on the large
screen in the car. The large tech pad is enticing and is a cause for
many Tesla related car accidents. Therefore, just because it is a fun
feature does not mean it should be placed in a car.
