Drive to be safe and be safe to drive

How many drivers know about the dangers of texting while driving yet it never occurs to really enforce that law or ever to be aware of this. Drivers can be competent in their driving but still find lapses in driving. Driving should be taken seriously despite the situation or circumstance. Other ways to influence drivers in making a better choice could be some kind of award program that makes those that follow the law get some kind of award. In any case it helps to lower the deaths of all drivers.

Also other things that I know about being in the driver’s seat is witnessing other family members committing some type of responsibility with car use crashes that hurt all ethics of drivers. Texting is one thing that I see happen in my family while they drive. Of course my family texting isn’t them being occupied by their phone the entire time while driving but in the small instances can make it a major risk. A liability is taken every time we invite our phones to accompany us as my relatives drive. Texting while driving can create a misconception of thinking that this small inconsequential thing can matter very little yet make all the difference. Treating our lives with reverence is what we need to do and a first step to do that is to quit entertaining our phones as it is an inconvenience to us.

Next let’s think about other ways to drive safely with others on the road. Methods to do this by making sure that your awareness is up at every time or anytime while driving. To ensure everyone’s safety the most you can do is make sure that you are being as aware and cognitive of your surroundings as possible. Accounting for everyone’s else’s safety is good but won’t have any real meaning if you can’t take care of yourself. By keeping your vehicle in the best condition or renewing your driver licence is a major step in driver safety.

Also steps to be better at driver safety is to follow the rules and directions of the road that is a step that can gain lots of leeway. So every action you step can affect others in countless ways, which is why being a person that conforms to the road is imperative as it makes sure that one more person abides by the regulations in place.

Lastly drivers need to be as vigilant as ever since the road is no guarantee to anyone. It should be taken seriously when driving meaning every small action that seems inconsequential should not be taken lightly. As every person’s life is in the hands of all that drive along the road.
