Under Valued Information on Safe Driving

Drivers ed is
significantly important as it reveals the true details of the dangers
that are driving. The youth are always told that when they start
driving to always drive safe as accidents occur, so you must not be
distracted and know your driving laws, however most problems whether
it be teenagers, or young adults simply brush off these warning
without a care in the world. Information fed directly to these future
drivers or current drivers shall enlighten them to keep them in check
or input a little fear as to ensure no hazardous decisions are made.

Steps
that could be taken to have more safety on the roads today have been
a popular discussion with thoughts of working around the car,
cellular device. A method that I can see which would affect newer
generations as the youth are the ones with the most inexperienced and
hazardous behavior is to have cars which require the input of your
phone in order to drive as a major distraction is the mobile device,
this can be worked around to only affect the younger drivers. Can
mobile devices be worked on to make them less accessible when it
detects you as the driver of the vehicle, only allowing some features
and emergency calls. Apart from the technology related changes which
could make the roads safer one could argue for harder requirements to
acquire your license which would ensure the drivers passing are
better prepared and eliminated some potential risk until they garner
more experience/ knowledge.

I
have never once been in a car accident however my older brother was
involved in a crash and from learning the details it was definitely
his fault due to a careless mistake. While no one was hurt it has
taught me no shortcuts should be taken in an effort to save time.
Driving at a good pace and following the laws is a good way to be
safe and not be a potential hazard to others.

The
biggest step that I can take to be a safer which I can confidently
say will work is not using my cell phone. While it is a statement
said by many others, it is for good reason I have seen first
teenagers my age driving who whip out the cell phone at the sound of
a notification. While on the highway I have seen grown adults ranging
from the 30s to 40s on their phones not thinking of others or the
fact that an accident could happen.
