TIME AS A UBER DRIVER & HOW IT RELATES TO DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASSES’S IMPORTANCE AND IMPACT ON DAILY ROUTINE

It was around September of 2019. My wife and I, decided to divorce. At the beginning of 2020. It actually took a year, then the whole world shut down, and toilet paper was scarce most of 2020. A roll was going on ebay for about $100.00 a roll. Should start using 3 seashells. My mom had COPD at the time. Last time she was in the hospital. She said your my guy that makes the final call. If I can’t breath on my own let me go. Didn’t hesitate just said ok mom. Not like I didn’t care. Just you should respect the one whose final days are numbered, I miss her lots. My boss from my other job noticed I had a change of attitude, closer to the end of 2020. He had suggested signing up for Uber. To be a driver, so I did. I liked that manager, he got in trouble for embezzlement. So he gone now. Funny thing I think they let him keep the money. Like he stealing your lunch money, and you like just take it, dumb. Anyway, started driving for Uber around February 2021. Today is October 25, 2024. My new nickname is 10k, over 10,000 rides and deliveries to date. That short period of time. I’ve drove over 250,000 miles in Tucson AZ alone. Knowing the laws of driving, and importance of drivers ed. Has kept me accident free, with those miles. Don’t drive angry, and be kind of aggressive. You have to get over signal but get over. Green-go, yellow -slow, red-stop. Stay alert all the time. Lost a friend who just had a daughter decades ago, from driving fast and furious style like you had to get to her, because that’s all that matters. He was a great man.

Matthew Espinoza, Love you brother. Truth be told, the last time I took any drivers education class. We were still living the 90s kind of life. Had a boss tell me one time. I say boss not leader. His remark towards me comes to mind. It’s not the knowledge, it’s what we do with it. Keeping that in mind, I think everyone with a license should have to take drivers education once a year. Just like renewing our tags, we renew our drivers. Driving to me is a necessity not a luxury. The more emphasis on how important being careful is.

Goes with knowing and understanding drivers education and laws that come with the responsibility. Like I’m the most careful having other souls when I’m doing uber. It’s the mob of people that just want something to happen when a car accident occurs . Even if they don’t fully understand the situation. My ex-wife and I would message each other everyday at 12:34. A simple text. I love you 1234. If I was driving I’d pull over. Just before I jumped in the ride every morning before work, id kiss her on the cheek, and whisper I love you. With her drooling ass.

I did that because honestly you can be the safest driver in the world, but whose fault was it? The other person. Accidents are gonna happen it’s best to make sure our vehicles are in working order. A little sense of kindness or caring goes a long way. If you think it’s that important to cross over lanes, and haul ass, trust me I do it all the time. It’s not worth it. It’s called rush hour, because everyone leaving. Take your time to get there. Be alert. The car that revved the engine is going to the end of street then turn around and do it again.

I can do that walking. If it gets that serious with death, and car crashes. It should be broke down to the reasons why? Was it speeding, drugs, phones? Get specific. Like no lie, if the person you loved the most in this world died by someone else by a car crash what would you do? Id figure it out for those who have to know. Outside of that I wouldn’t even mention what I’d do to them, imma leave it at that. So how important is drivers education and slowing down the amount of tragedies caused by car crashes.

Well without an education and knowing what to do with the knowledge. It turns into everyone for themselves, and to hell with society and laws, and rules, or regulations. Taking the time to teach at the level of each individual instead of the majority will always be a problem.
