As teen drivers hit
the road, their focus is on driving around with friends and listening
to music at a high volume. Drivers ed plays a huge role in
decreasing the numbers of deaths in the U.S. If more people were to
successfully complete and follow the rules of drivers ed, the
number of deaths would be decreased significantly, which will
ultimately make a person feel more safe when they’re driving. In
order to decrease the number of deaths, people can do the following:
keep music at appropriate volume, keeping eyes on the road, staying
aware of surroundings. I personally have never been in a car accident
or seen one of my parents be involved in an accident or being an
irresponsible driver. I can be a better drive and help others stay
safe on the road by always listening and watching my surroundings and
not allowing my friends to be a distraction while I am driving.
