Give any person an
education on how to drive safely might save their life. Saying
something is bad is one thing but explaining what could happen to you
and how your sensory is impaired is something a person will carry in
the back of their minds. It adds a conscience that helps them make
good decisions in the back of their head. Procedures that I think can
help reduce driver deaths are educating, reminding, and actions.
Educating is making sure every individual that holds a license or
permit knows the action the take while driving effect not only
themselves but everyone around them. Second, reminders in the forms
of PSA’s, Stickers, Keychains, and other tangle forms of
advertisement can really make a difference. Last, have action like
have people make a pledge or an app in the car that pause phone usage
while the car is in motion.

My
brother has gotten into many accidents partially because he didn’t
like to wear glasses. The other part of it was reckless driving like
speeding or not make enough space between cars at stop lights and on
the road. He has totaled one car and the other one he got into
countless minor accidents. He tends to run red lights and I was so
scared to ride in the car with him. Then, my mom sat down with him
and spoke about how he was going to get injured and even worse die if
he continued his driving habits. That was the moment he woke up to
reality and started to be more cautious when driving.I will always
where my seatbelt and I have an app on my phone, so I get no
disruptions while driving. I will always remember other to do the
same.
