Driving
Safety
Many
teens that started driving are more likely to be involved in crashing
or violations, so driving education becomes incredibly important. If
teens do not complete driving lessons before driving solely, they
might do something that can affect everyone on the road, including
accidents, crashes, deaths, violations, etc. New drivers would not
recognize what is right and wrong, in the absence of driving
education, leading to the continuation of the habit. Moreover, if
drivers do not obey the rules, this will cause other drivers to also
get out of order. Everyone on the road is related and could influence
another. For everyone to function, all drivers should follow the
rules and support each other. Driving education reduces the risk of
deaths and helps inform drivers, which makes it especially
meaningful. If everything is done correctly, the road will be clear.
Ensuring the safety of drivers is securing the safety of other
drivers and pedestrians. To reduce the risks of driving, everyone
should drive carefully and responsibly. Driving requires engaged
attention and cautiousness. Obeying the rule reduces the risks of
accidents and death. Some other rules include looking at both sides
when driving, following the intended speed, focus on yourself, and
ignore aggressive drivers. Never text and drink alcohol while driving
and avoid multitasking, eating, and driving when you feel dull. One
accident can cause another accident. For instance, if one car hits a
person, the road will be blocked, causing inefficiencies for other
drivers. At that point, they will seek ways to exit, leading to
another crash. Besides, other drivers might be interested in the
accident, and while busy looking, they cause another accident. I have
seen my family members driving irresponsibly. They were talking to
their friends, allowing little attention to the road. Plus, they were
eating and drinking. An accident can occur since the driver is
multitasking. When driving, the driver should only focus their
attention on the road. To be a better and responsible driver, I will
follow the rules of driving. To ensure the safety of drivers, I will
drive slowly and correctly. For aggressive drivers, I will slow down
and allow them to pass. I will also help other drivers if they are
confused, for example, if they are in the wrong lane. Therefore, if
drivers receive driving education and obey it, accidents and deaths
can be prevented because we are working as a whole and know what to
do.
