known, many drivers aren’t aware of the scary factors of driving
and it’s important that one is always being a safe and educated
driver. Drivers ed reduces the number of driving related deaths
by informing the people about the dangers of driving and how it can
become really unsafe very quickly. Making drivers ed beyond
important because some people may feel what they don’t know won’t
hurt them, which is not the case. The steps that can be taken to
reduce the number of deaths related to driving are improving road
signage, implement better roadway lighting, and redesign bad
intersections. I have personally never experienced a car accident but
I have seen my family members drive irresponsibly. Engaging in
activities like texting, eating, and changing the radio station while
driving. The steps that can be taken to be a better and safer driver
as well as help others become safer on the road are paying attention
to your surroundings, waiting to text someone back at a complete
stop, and even being cautious of what’s ahead.
