years was the first time I ever realized how dangerous being a driver
is. Though, before that all 15 year old me was seeing the
upperclassmen in high school driving and thought “Oh I can’t wait
until I get a car and drive to school.” That thought all changed
when one of my family members got into really bad accident dying
instantly because she was not wearing a seatbelt while driving and
that’s when I knew that driving can be the most dangerous things if
the rules aren’t followed.
Somehow
every time I get behind the wheel, I think of my aunt and immediately
put on my seatbelt. That is one main important rule while driving
putting on your seatbelt, it’s so important that you will get a
ticket if not followed. This is why I believe driving education can
educate anyone by learning all driving rules and helping them become
a better driver. This can be a class where all driving rules and
regulations are followed while on the road to keep you and others
safe. I think that if that was a required class the number of deaths
and injuries would reduce majorly or atleast give the person the
knowledge to keep them safe while on the road.
While
most drivers been in an accident i’ve never experienced or been in a
car during an accident but I have felt the pain of losing a family
member from driving recklessly. Which is why I think being a safe
driver is very important and I think everyone should take a
precaution of making sure their in a seat belt and their mirrors are
accurate before going out on the road. I also think that all drivers
should not drive if their under the influence of any substance and
most importantly don’t text while driving, this can relate to
teenagers and adults. By making this decision many lives can be saved
and injuries can be prevented.
Being
a safe driver is very vital and everyone should carefully take steps
to make sure their safe on the road while also making sure they
follow all driving rules. After all I believe that if everyone is
required to take a driver class to improve driving skills it can
prepare for the dangerous roads. Also remember that their can be
children, mothers, fathers, and grandparents that can be seriously
hurt or even killed from bad accident therefore please make sure your
doing the right things and in the right mind to keep everyone safe
from being harmed.
