Importance of Drivers ed

Drivers ed is
in a sense the most important and potent way to reduce the number of
deaths in driving accidents. Everything begins with knowledge and to
be well equipped with knowledge of both how to drive physically and
the laws that regulate driving is the essence of how to become a
safer driver. One huge step towards safer driving is the ceasing of
use of mobile devices while operating a vehicle. Also refraining from
drinking and driving. These will increase the awareness of the driver
and is the legal way to drive. I have been in an accident where
driver missed a stop sign for an unknown reason and struck the side
of the vehicle, I was riding in. Luckily no one was injured, but had
I been in a smaller vehicle the damage could have been severe.
Personally, I should take steps to remove the influence of my phone
while I am driving. It is so easy to just quickly glance at it to
change the music or read a text. This is a habit that I have to fight
when I am in the driver’s seat to make myself a safer driver thus
protecting myself, my passengers and those around me.
