The importance of driving education – taking lesson allows you to become more comfortable and confident behind the wheel. You will feel more safe driving and therefore won’t be afraid to drive when you need to.

You will also learn all of the road signs and how to approach any kind of situation you might come across on the road. The skills and knowledge you will acquire through driving school will help you driving for the rest of your life. [Pat20]

I could remember back when I was NY and started to learn how to drive I was a nervous wreck; which was of course is not good because that can cause a accident. But the more I was able to overcome my obstacles and having my amazing teacher I started to gain confidence and over come my fear especially when it comes to parking and high volume of traffic.

Steps that should be taking to reduce the number of deaths related to driving are obeying the traffic laws, be predictable, avoid distractions, drive rested, and steer clear of alcohol and drugs. When you do this you’ll help make the roads safer for all according to consumer reports.org.

I myself has been in accident due to someone being on drugs. My fiance’ and I were coming up the road and we had the right away. All of a sudden we seen a vehicle just passing the big red stop sign out of no where and we end up going right into the vehicle do to her not stopping at the Stop sign.

This could have all been avoided providing she wasn’t driving on her while being under the influence with prescription drugs.

Steps that I can take to become a better and safer driver is not being nervous when people are pulling out coming in front of me. It seems as when I come up a street someone will always pull out near me which will make me nervous and I believe it’s from me still being paranoid from my accident that happened to me back in 2018.

The driving in SC is totally different from NY. Up north we had lights on just about every street and you don’t never turn on red or pull out in the middle of the intersection to turn in somewhere. So it’s a different feeling but I believe I will soon be able to overcome driving down here.
