The importance of driver education is that education to the average teen will make a lot of difference when teaching them about driving education. With this education, driving will become less dangerous for you and the teens driving on the road; about 42,890 people get into crashes year. Still, with this education, the benefits of driving education are confidence, personal responsibility, defensive driving techniques, rules of the road, mechanical knowledge, and lowers insurance they would have to pay, so driving education is very important in this generation and the next.

Responsibility is the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or control someone. True leaders take responsibility for their team and help them achieve goals. Defensive driving is protecting yourself and other people on the road. Rules of the road are always observing your surroundings when reversing, slow traffic, keep right, signal before turning left or right, keep a safe following distance, always yielding to pedestrians, and stop behind school buses with red flashing lights.

It is good to do these steps because people can crash, die, or get hurt severely. I was in multiple car wreckages, most of which were caused by someone else, and I was in the passenger seat. They would always fall asleep, get distracted with their phones, or play around while talking in the car with other people. Also, from the place around you because sometimes it is not people or yourself, sometimes it is animals like deer that come out of nowhere while driving from place to place, especially in an area with many trees. You can use high beam lights to keep you from hitting deer. The brighter lights will be better to illuminate the eyes of the deer on or near the roadway; blow your horn with a long blast to scare the deer and also brake slowly but stay in your lane when you notice a dear in your pathway.

We all have to keep learning and doing the right thing on the road, which includes staying focused and having enough sleep, not being distracted, and staying on your game as you drive. We all have problems but do not let your problems cause accidents. We all must be careful, look at our surroundings, and stay safe because you can get hit anytime. Pay attention and have good reaction skills to keep a calm mind and do the right thing by instinct so you can do anything to avoid the problem.

Ways of teaching young drivers, knowing the facts about teen driving, and being a great coach. Also, please do not yell at them while driving; it makes teens more nervous and makes them want to do whatever they want to do while driving when you are not there. Stay involved. Monitor your teen’s behavior while behind the wheel-even after your teen receives his or her driver’s license. Make a safe driving plan, like planning time into your trip schedule to stop for food, rest breaks, phone calls, or other business matters. Adjust your seat, mirrors, and climate controls before the car is in gear. Practice safely securing cargo that may move around while the vehicle is in motion. Also, do not attempt to pick up things that have dropped while driving. Have needed items in your reach, such as toll cards and garage passes. Always wear your seatbelt while driving. Keep your eyes on the road at all times, even when not in motion. Do not allow children to fight or climb around your car. This can be unsafe for them and can cause you to lose focus while driving. Always use caution when changing lanes. Cutting in front of someone, changing lanes too fast, or not using your signals may cause an accident on the road. Remember, remember always be cautious during deer season, please!

If you do get in a car accident, the first thing you do is make sure nobody is injured. Then next, check the passenger in the other vehicle and anywhere else that may have caused people damage, and leaving can result in legal consequences. Then call the police and medical assistance to be at the accident scene. Do not get into an argument or a fight. Stay calm and be civilized; whatever you do, be the responsible one. It does not matter how much they get mad or what they say to you; be the bigger person. We all need this education to be proactive on the road when driving. So have fun and be safe on the road!
