There are a lot of programs and websites that can steer unaccustomed drivers in the right direction. The programs I am talking about cover the more important topics such as traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, hazard perception, and the consequences of being immature on the road like playing around or distracted driving. Having young drivers implement the knowledge needed to be safe while driving will decrease the like fullness of them in avoidable collisions. Driving education creates a community of safe driving where the people get a deep understanding of what it means to drive safely and understand the impact their actions have on their life and others around them. Through training programs that help drivers with their comprehensive skills, unaccustomed drivers learn the percentage of driving accidents, a central approach is necessary. Making stricter traffic enforcement, improving road design with better communication signs, and improving some of the safety features on the cars making them more aware of the driver. countless public awareness campaigns highlight the importance of seat belt usage, paying attention to speed limits, and staying away from distractions. This can also play a significant role in shaping people’s attitudes and behaviors while driving. Furthermore, implementing driver education and training opportunities, even for experienced drivers, can help improve and maintain their driving skills over time. I have had an experience with bad driving skills and irresponsible driving. I had a incident that occurred when I was riding in a car with a friend who was speeding, swerving, and not caring about the other cars around him. I asked him to slow down without being too loud so I would not escalate the situation further, but he had his music up too loud and was not concerned with what I had to say or the risk he was posed to himself, me, and others on the road. We ended up getting into a car cash, with the car totaled. Thankfully, we both made it out with minor injuries with my friend understanding the amount of control he has behind the wheel. Another experience I had was my older sister running a red light while she was in a hurry to get to an appointment. No collision occurred, but it made me realize how easy it is for even responsible drivers like my sister to make poor decisions when they are distracted or pressed for time. The experiences that I have been in helped me see the importance of maintaining focus, obeying traffic laws, and making safety my priority while behind the wheel. These occasions I had with poor driving skills motivated me to be a better example of someone who looks out for the well-being of myself and others on the road. As a responsible driver, you cannot improve your driving skills. There is always something you can do to sharpen or enhance your skills behind the wheel. Some of the things you should always do are stay up to date with traffic laws, practice defensive driving techniques, and develop good habits with proper speed, adhering to traffic signals, and staying alert and focused behind the wheel. road safety initiative that could be implied are stricter enforcement of distracted driving laws.
