Why
drivers ed classes are effective in lowering the rate of
teen deaths
As
of the moment, I am in drivers ed and can see why it is
important to learn the rules of the law. Some advantages of being in
drivers ed is being able to learn slowly with an
instructor. With an instructor you can learn to turn properly, you
would also learn how to stop or when to stop. On the road you must
know signs and if you do not know those signs it can cause an
accident that can lead to death.
The
rate of teenage drivers that die a year is more than 5 of American
wars so far. This is a growing issue. There are steps you can take to
avoid Some becoming a part of a tragic statistic. You could take
drivers ed to have a better understanding of the road. You
could practice with your parents a couple times a day to give you
more of a hands-on experience rather than driving once a week with
your instructor. I am not able to drive this week due to not having
enough practice on the road. So, I have been driving on the road with
my parents more lately, while on the road I’ve learned to stay calm
and focus behind the wheel. I also need to work on my turning and
lane changes.
It
is important to take drivers ed because knowing how the road
works is vital to your focus on the road. Driving is a lot of
multitasking so it is good to have an instructor to guide you unlike
your mom that probably screams when you get too close to another car.
Be patient when on the road also it is not a race to see who can
drive better. Start off slow for the betterment of other drivers.
