Teaching The Driver
Teaching The Driver
Driving is an important part of our daily lives, we use it to go to places where we need to go, but sometimes people underestimate the dangers when it comes to driving. Sure people have a ton of experience when it comes to driving but they should never let their guard down when the time comes. That’s how I see it in our time, I see so many of my close friends and family drive recklessly because they claim “ Driving is easy”. Yes, I do agree that driving is easy but you should never tell that to those who are new to driving. Not everyone is a pro when they first start something that they are new at. They need time to either understand how to get better or time to be prepared for what’s next. That is why I say we should be teaching new drivers at the age of 14 since they’ll soon or later try to get their permit. The reason why I believe 14 is the best age is that that’s the common age where most people will reach high school. In high school, they need to understand that they are close to the point of their lives where they need to make decisions. So they need to be more responsible since they are close to adulthood. I’m not saying we should teach them everything about driving they’ll figure that out once they begin gaining experience. What I want to see is that schools start prompting drivers ED to understand the dangers of driving. In order to ensure that the next generations of drivers won’t be reckless than the previous. So that is what I believe is something we should do for the next generations of drivers to ensure their safety and their awareness of what they should do while driving.
