Make Sure That Kid Sees His Parents Tonight
With teenage drivers becoming more popular, having safe roads fro my friends and family to cruise by is one of my top wishes and priorities. With years, experience Is gained, skills are worked out, and reflects improved. But as we start out we are like John says, a “Tabula Rasa”, a blank slate with nothing on us. We have little to no knowledge of the streets, laws and rules, and no ideas of what to do in certain scenarios. That’s why we need to focus on one of the widely available tool, drivers ed. Many classes programs that offer education on the different aspects of driving are essential and excellent teachers. These programs offer pictures and videos along with descriptions and lessons explaining events of driving. The visuals are one of the key clues to its success. Some people can find it hard to imagine what types of accidents they can get into by just simply checking a message, changing their music or staring at a nice Japanese sports car of the 90s era, but when they see the documentaries, they can see first view evidence on these problems, and also some learn better learning off visuals. Drivers ed helps people visualize the problems and correlate them to how to avoid them and many should take it even if they don’t need to, because its one of the many steps to reduce accidents. Starting by teaching drivers at their roots is step 2, we need to back up a step before continuing, and that is to teach them well before driving, at the roots. Personally, growing up my parents were always teaching me about car safety, “don’t do what he did” or “see that woman? That turn was on red, a big nono” and so on. Growing up those words stuck to me and I cant go around driving without them in my head, because I used to see how other people were close to hitting them or how they almost hit us. And even without others involved, ive been in a small accident where we spun out and hit a dirt will with our front corner, which I learned that speed limits don’t affect weather changes. From young we learn things and hold on to them sometimes without even a clue on why we believe that only that our parents taught us that. If we do that with out children from the young age we would see the same results and without them doubting they will behave. As more kids follow, they will also limit how much they pressure their friends to speed or to do something crazy which makes step 3. Avoiding those who take you away from safety. If your friends care about you and themselves, they would know to keep safety measures on check. No one who values their loved ones would willingly put them on a tightrope just for the sheer fun. That’s why when going out with others in the car, don’t listen to them, or completely remove them from the vehicle by telling them that youll drop them off at their house or a safe place because it is better to get that friend to think youre lame than to lament over their coffin while youre in a wheel chair and missing an arm. For the last but not least, foruth step comes in talking about how to never trust others at driving. Maybe you can become a great driver, following every rule anre resembling them like the palm of your hand, but not everyone on the road is like you. That’s why you always need to be alert because in your voyage you might find someone who ignores speed limits, passes you in illegal places, or makes wrong turns either dangerously close to you or to others. Staying alert is always a must when driving. To help out with that it is always good to make sure you spread what you know and do onto others. When in the car with friends or family, always keep a lookout, pointing out speed limits, letting them know when therye going a little fast or a little out lane, or any small stuff, correcting them when doing so. Help them grow in experience like you so that they may pass what you teached them onto others. That is something I do everyday and thre have been times where my parents didn’t catch a car turning on red and saved them from a fender bender or worse, as well as speed limits the missed so that we don’t have to waste out lunch money on a ticket, small stuff but safe stuff.
