Divers education is extremely important because that is the foundation of the student’s knowledge towards driving. If they are taught the important steps of driving safely in the beginning of their experience it is more likely that they will stick to the rules and regulations. As they are used to the rules and steps of being safe they will take all the precautionary steps automatically without thinking. Whereas if you have someone who already knows the basics try and learn a new way they will forget theri new lessons and go back to their old habits. Thus having people take educational lessons for driving is better at reducing the number of deaths from the beginning of the experience as they will know the consequences. It will also be easier for them to remember the steps in which to always stay focused on the road and don’t get distracted by changing the radio station or looking at your phone. They also have to be responsible enough not to drink before driving and to always wear a seatbelt. I know someone who was in a coma for 3 weeks because they were under the influence of alcohol and drove a car while they didn’t wear a seatbelt. The person now has only one working kidney, 4 broken ribs and had some serious head injuries. In which being a responsible drive does come into play a large portion of the incidents that occur. We as drivers have to be responsible and know when we can drive and when it’s too dangerous for ourselves or for the well being of others. We should be able to know this ourselves but sometimes we need a little help to figure such things out, that is where driver’s education comes into play. If we have someone to teach us the safety measures and our abilities we will be able to know when we are good to drive and when we are not. As well as to help us understand some preventative measures such as being patient when we are looking for a parking spot. Also to know what is the right car for us to maneuver with the most advanced safety features. When we get the right car for us we should also be taught how speeding, intoxication, and being distracted can be extremely harmful not only for the person driving but other people near them. Having a class that teaches you all of the precautions that should be taken before driving is the best way to understanding the benefits of driving but also the dangers of it. As a car is something we view as normal and safe but it something to be taken seriously as it could also be a death machine so learning how to use the machine the proper way should be everyone’s priority. Having a program that offers such education is something that should not be taken lightly as it makes a difference between life and death. Each diver has the opportunity to change the future with just one simple action taking a driver’s education class as they will learn more making them think twice before they make an action.
