Driving Essay Submission

The importance of drivers education in reducing the numbers of death would be teaching people road safety.also,courtesy allowing others before you.Steps that can be taken are more courteous people.There is always someone on the road who may drive slower when you are in a hurry for work or have an appointment.Instead of having a road rage we should wait our turn cautiously and pass once it is safe to do so.Also,reducing the speed limit at a lower mph with less amount of miles you can travel the slower and more cautious people will drive.Giving drivers enough time to react if there was a person wandering around the road or an animal.I had a family member who was crossing the road with my younger cousin and was killed by a hit and run driver.Her death devastated my family.I vowed to always be a cautious driver.I would hate to see another family suffer the way my family suffered especially if i was the cause.I also will be mindful of watching other drivers and signaling them and allowing them before myself especially if we meet at the same time and they arrive first.I will always drive at the posted speed limit and be cautious of my surroundings.I will live by and follow these steps for my safety and others.I will also always wear my seatbelt.I will never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs because people who are under the influence driving skills are always impaird and are one of the top reasons for driving death.I will always keep intact my alertness and patience.Lastly,I will cut out distractions like no calling or texting and not keeping my eyes on the road at all times.
