Be Safe!

Why should we be safe while driving? What is being safe while driving? Being safe while driving can mean many things in many ways. Some may think, “how could not wearing a seatbelt not be safe when I’m the one driving and I know what I’m doing.” It’s more than that, you mean know what you’re doing but it takes more than one driver to be truly safe.

I think it could be very important that we reduce the deaths Related to driving. I think it is important for many reasons because that number is very high and it could get even higher if we don’t act now. People need to start being more safe while driving a vehicle, they need to understand the risk it is to drive.

What could be some tips you can use to be safe? you can always wear your seatbelt and make sure your passengers are always wearing their seatbelt before you start conducting the vehicle, or even put it in Drive. you can also put your phone on silent mode or do not disturb so you don’t get distracted while driving. You can also set up a “ call back later” text message sent automatically when you’re driving.You can make sure that nothing is blocking your vision of the road or the side windows of the car. You can also make sure that everything in the car is working well. One thing you may need to check is your brake and blinker lights, make sure they are functioning when you break and signal. Those two things are very important to let other drivers know when you are coming to a stop or going to make a turn. You can also make sure that your window wipers are functional. Window wipers are important in a car because if it starts raining you I don’t really get to see outside the front windshield, that will put you in a dangerous risk.

I always see many people Driving a responsibility, on the road and some friends. Lots of people like to text and drive, they don’t seem to be bothered by the risk they are taking while doing that.Another thing is that many people like to speed over the speed limit, they might think they are under control but I think it can be out of their hands. I see people not wear their seatbelts while they are driving, including their passengers. So it’s not just their lives at risk it’s their passengers lives at risk as well. I also see a lot of people make illegal turns and even some swerving on two-lane roads. People don’t seem to care about the other drivers driving beside them or around them.

What can I do to Become a safer driver? I can keep driving how I drive, following the speed limit and the rules. I can always be alert of my surroundings.I can always make sure that the car I’m driving is functioning, that means more than turning on and turning off when I want it to.
