There are many reasons for people to understand the importance of safe driving but has anyone of your friends or family been in an accident because of an unsafe driver well I have.

The importance of driving safe can minimize the amounts of deaths from car accidents per year because driving under the influence or lack of road knowledge like the speed limit can be life or death if a accident were to happen so knowing road safety is highly important so the number o car accident will decrease and the amount of deaths from unsafe driving will decline.Some steps that can be taken to reduce the number of deaths from unsafe driving could include everyone must take a drivers safety class before they may be eligible to test for their license. This course should have to be taken every so many years so that people will not forget the importance of safe driving, if they fail the test they should have to retake the class in a couple months and try again if they fail so many times they should have to show and demonstrate they understand the importance of safe driving and should have to do the road test again before they are allowed to drive.Another way that could prevent the amount of deaths from unsafe driving could be changing the age that people are eligible to get there license so change it from sixteen to maybe eighteen when people are more responsible and do not lack common sense.I have had many friends and family get into car accidents because of unsafe drivers hitting them,but I have not been in a accident yet but many of the people I have driven with are un responsible and safe drivers because I have seen them go onto their phones while driving and texting someone not focusing on the road.I have also had friends drive too fast on certain streets that people live on,One day they could end up into a accident because of her clumsiness and there stupidity of texting while driving.Steps that can be taken to make a safe driver safer and teach people how to be a safe driver are always buckle up and teach them to put there phone away to where they can not grab or reach for it to text somebody when they are driving another idea to teach people to be a safe driver is to have them learn the speeds of certains roads because one day they might hit somebody crossing the road if they are not going the speed limit or under on residencia streets.As stated I know many people that are not safe drivers and I am trying to make them a safer driver because every time I am a passenger I never feel safe with them,and one day it may end up costing them their lives and I would rather them live a long life instead of dying young because they were not being safe when they were driving.
