Less Timidness, More Excitement!
As a 17-year-old I have a driven quite often and have gained the knowledge on to drive safely. I had my dad and a driving instructor teach me how to properly drive, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same for others. Not everyone gets to have the proper influences in their lives that are able to promote safe driving skills regardless of how old their child is. In order for a child who is preparing to learn how to drive, or for the person who is in the driver’s seat, there need to be suitable and safe driving habits all around. My dad can be a good driver when he wants to be, but he always reminds me to copy the good driving habits and never the bad because he knows that I know what should and shouldn’t be done on the road. In order for there to be less reckless drivers and fewer young lives taken, we need to correctly teach the new generation, not only the proper way to drive but to also lead by example, so that they may be able to see safe driving being done so that they may take what they have seen and put it in to practice. Not only that but we need to put it in to practice to have people learning how to drive, take lessons with professionals so that they can get the one on one with someone who is clearly experienced in that field. In taking these steps to be safe and smart drivers, learning how to drive will be less timid and more exciting and fun, knowing that you are doing it cautiously and satisfactorily.
