Safe driving

As we may know It is more than just driving around and going place to place. It’s not a topic that can be taken lightly, we need to make sure we are always safe at all times in the vehicle. Stated in the article “34,000 american die each year in America. So why is driving education so important to reduce those risk factors? It’s important to take driving education to reduce death rates because if teens understand it more about the danger of driving on the roads then they will be safe adults. But mostly the importance of it is to allow them to be comfortable and aware of their surrounds and alertness to everyone not just themselves when it comes to driving.

Steps that can be taken to reduce the number of deaths in America are more required of drivers education class. Especially to highschoolers and young adults who are trying to get their licences. There should be more speed reducing and tracking especially on freeways and interstates. The last one is teaching drivers to be more attentive and not just for themselves, even if they are in the wrong, still watch out for other people but know your right aways as well. Everyone will not stop for you. Having confidence driving is also key, a lot of new drivers can also cause accidents because of their fear of not being comfortable on the road. I say until a child or a young adult is comfortable, maybe have an experienced person help guide them a little, practice makes perfect.

I have experienced a car accident but it wasn’t because of my parents being in the wrong, it was more so that the person behind us was in the wrong. The light had turned red and we was next behind the stop bar in the road waiting for the light to turn green to go. When he rear ended us into oncoming traffic, simply for not paying attention to this side of the freeway not the other side of it. We had the ambulance and police there to make sure nobody was hurt. But I was hurt in my back like because the sodas in the truck hit me hard in it. This was during the summer and I had to go back to school and needed to go school shopping. And we were coming back from Apple Bee’s.

Recently, I just got my permit, so there are still things I do not know and have to have guidance from my parents. But the steps that I will take in order to be safe and to save myself and other people is being attentive. Only a matter of seconds, hours, minutes before there is an accident waiting to happen because your attention is not on it. Another one is to never get on the road sick or not feeling well, Along with not being intoxicated or under the influence. which mess with your Perceptions of when to stop when needed to and along when to react to on the road emergencies.

Steps that will help others stay safe is always paying attention and preparing in advance to the activities that are occurring on the road. Always watch out for other people, not just yourself and always follow the rules of the road.No distraction such as a phone, radios, and talkative people. Although driving can be a good experience and a lot of fun and learning to do.

I can’t stress this enough that driving is not a game or no video game experience. If you are a gamer, a lot of things you do in the game are not real life things you can do in real life without getting hurt or injured. Driving is taken very lightly in teenagers’ world that’s why we need more supervision and family set downs to discuss the importance of a safe driver. Seat belts should be required at all times to make sure that everyone in the car is safe.

In conclusion, driving is very dangerous for anybody. A Lot of times people take it as a joke. Driving is nothing to be played with. It also can have a good purpose for your life like getting from place to place and being able to drive to different places. In the end it can cost you your own life and other to if no responsibility and accountability is taken.
