Drivers ed Initiative Award

The
importance of drivers ed in reducing the number deaths as a
result of driving is teaching young and new drivers how to drive by
the law so it doesn’t kill innocent people. This class helps to
teach these new drivers how serious they need to take driving a car.
The steps that can be taken to reduce the number of deaths related to
driving are making everyone have to spend so made hours in a driver
education and have at least two hundred hours of instructed driving
with a drivers ed instructor or licensed driver. If I
driver is caught by the police having their phone out in plain view
will be fined five hundred dollars for each offense and then if they
get to three offenses then their licensed will be suspended. To get
their licensed back they have to go through the drivers ed
class like they did the first time. I have been lucky enough in
eighteen years of living I have not been in an accident but I have
seen my friends drive irresponsibly in cars that I am not in. My
family members do not drive irresponsible because that’s the way
they taught to drive is responsible. The steps that we can take to be
better drivers is putting our phones and any other distractions in a
compartment that is out of reach of the driver from grabbing will
driving. This will make the driver to be more focused on their
driving which will avoid a distraction at the wheel and causing an
accident that may lead to a death. When we are in a car with someone
that is driving with a phone we should take the phone from them so
they don’t cause an accident or death from it.
