The
importance of drivers ed is it teaches you the rules of the
road so you can be a safer driver. having taken drivers ed means you
have been with an experienced and trained driver who can watch you
drive and see what your strengths and weaknesses are. Knowing the
rules of the road and being more comfortable driving can help reduce
deaths and create a safer driving environment.
To
reduce the number of deaths related to driving you should make sure
you know and are following all rules of the road. Know where you’re
going before you get in the car so you can focus on driving and not
navigating when behind the wheel, and drive the speed limit at all
times.
I
have been fortunate enough to have never been in an accident with my
family. I have been driving for 9 months and have never been in an
accident *Knocks on wood*.
Some
steps you can take to be a better driver are practice with an
experienced driver. Take drivers ed or some sort of informative class
about rules of the road. Drive defensively, assume others don’t
know the rules of the road and that you need to watch out for them.
In
conclusion drivers ed creates safe and educated drivers. Making the
road a safer place for all.
