Distraction is never the answer

The importance of
reducing deaths caused my car crashes are extremely important. Today
teens are wild about getting their driver’s license and getting their
first car. Little did they know that their driving skills are being
tested. Driving isn’t all fun and games til someone dies. Reducing
the death toll would be very important because this will help teens
and adults feel better about driving and feel more safe. You wouldn’t
want to have to find out that your best friend or your sibling were
caught in a car crash and end up dying. This would make you feel
hopeless and alone. It is important to teach young people to not text
and drive or drink and drive. You will help them live to see another
day and they will thank you for caring and thank you for taking time
to teach them to be safe on the road. The steps that can be taken to
reduce the number of deaths is that first you shouldn’t text and
drive. Texting and driving is common to many Americans here. Being
distracted behind the wheel is very dangerous and you are putting
yourself and others in danger. When you are receiving a text or call,
you need to let it go. It is not worth risking your life or others
life for one call that really isn’t important. Another way to reduce
deaths by car crashes is making sure you have a working car that is
properly fixed and manageable. Some cars that need to be fixed that
haven’t already are another way where your life is in danger. Yes I
have experienced being in a car crash but it wasn’t caused by being
irresponsible. I was in kindergarten when it happened. My mom was
driving me to school and it was a bright day outside and the sun had
gotten to her eye and we crashed into an 18-wheeler. We made it
through the crash safe. The steps I would take to be safe onto the
road is being able to have a manageable and safe driving car. When
getting a text or call I will not answer it. The moment I do and take
my eyes off the road just for a second, I am in jeopardy in putting
others in danger including me.
