Have
you ever had an experience of being in a car accident or have seen
your friends or family members driving irresponsibly?
One
day my sisters and I were on our way to the mall to see a movie and
to go shopping. That same day my sister came out of surgery, so we
wanted to get her mind off everything and just get out of the house.
We all were in the car driving and listening to music having a good
time when the car in front of us came to a stop. We couldn’t break
fast enough to avoid hitting them. We end up hitting the back of
their car completely crushing our car. When we finally came to we saw
the car smoking and the other car speeding away. So many people
called 911 and trying to help my sister who was in the backseat who
hurt her neck, the same day she left the hospital. Trying to breath
seatbelt crashing into my chest feeling like my chest was on fire.
When the ambulance and police finally showed up and took us to the
hospital, our whole family came to be there for us at this time. The
doctor told my parents that in was not major injuries to us but we
are banged up a little that we should take it easy for a few days or
weeks. Leaving the hospital at 5 in the morning. So exhausted from
the whole day just wanted to sleep and relax. Sleeping was so hard
from playing everything that happened in my head and being in so much
pain. Missing school for two weeks from all the pain that we had it
was excruciating. Getting back into our groove was hard but after a
few days of people checking on us and just taking it easy we finally
was ourselves again. Later in that week we had to go to court to
solve everything out but the people that were apart of the accident
never showed so everything was dropped and we moved on. Now we just
see that as a day that we are all grateful and now we just look back
at the past and just smile.
