The importance of driver
safety is that reckless drivers put them self and other drivers at
risk. Driving reckless has consequences you can either end up dead or
seriously injured. If you do not die or get injured, you can be
financially hurt due to lawsuits. It can disturb the traffic schedule
and make people late for work and other things they need to get to.
Some steps we can take to
reduce the deaths due to driving is communicate more to the teens.
Tell them that driving irresponsibly could lead to things that can be
forever and hurt others also. Makes sure they have their seatbelts on
and follow the rules of the road. Driver the speed limit and be
cautions of other drivers.
One of my friends was
driving too fast and not following the rules of the road. He was just
not being responsible to the rules of the road. He ran a red light
and could have killed us and made the situation worse than it should
have been.
I can be a safe driver and
follow the rules of the road, I can be cautions of people around me.
Make sure they will be safe and not out in any danger due to my
selfish acts. Stay calm and make sure other people and myself do not
cause harm to others.
