lose their lives everyday over many tragedies. One of the main causes
of death is car accidents. Various reasons for car accidents are
things like wearing no seat belt or something simple as not paying
attention. This is why drivers ed is important. With
drivers ed we can reduce the number of deaths in the U.S.
Some steps you could take is don’t text and drive, stay off the cell
phone, pay attention to your surroundings, and watch out for yourself
and others. Last year I got in a car accident. As I was leaving the
school one afternoon, a lady pulled out in front of me and hit my
vehicle on the driver’s side. At first I was nervous because it was
my first car accident but after the police came and handled
everything. Luckily no one was injured or hurt. To prevent myself or
the people around me from having accidents, I take precautions
everywhere I go. I lookout for myself and everyone else. In
Conclusion, car accidents can not only hurt you, it can hurt the
loved ones around you. Take precautions like me and lookout for
yourself, other drivers, and pedestrians.
