Be Like Fast & Furious
I
used to be scared of driving. It is not an easy job, anything can
happen, a drunk driver, something being on the way, someone speeding.
I remember my first time driving, at first I was not scared. Later, I
started thinking “but what if i make a mistake?” or ”
But what if someone makes a mistake?” the truth is mistakes
happen. We are never going to be completely safe when driving.
However, we have to dry our best and drive as safe as possible
because a mistake can cost someone’s life.
Many
think that driving is just moving the steering wheel in the direction
you want to go. However there are many responsibilities when you
drive. You should not only be aware of what you are doing but what
everyone is doing.When driving one has to be aware of the children
crossing, the other cars, the lights, the signs, and also the road.
An irresponsible driver does not plan ahead of time and is not aware
of his/her surroundings. Every day there are millions of accidents.
We must all drive with caution to reduce the number of accidents and
deaths.
Many
people drive angry and in a bad mood this causes more accidents and
fights in the street. When I am on my way to the school all I hear is
people arguing and middle fingers everywhere. The other day I was
with my friend, she was driving, and a car passed us speeding and all
I heard was the loud crash sound. He was speeding and another family
had to pay for his irresponsibiliy. When driving You can not only
think about you and what you are doing, you have to think about other
people and what they are doing. Speeding never helps , it would cause
more problems, a ticket or even worse an accident.
When
driving, you will find obstacles and inespected traffic along the way
and people who are not driving the way they should or following the
signs but you should not lose your temper and despair. You must calm
down and plan how to get out of the traffic or if there is another
route you can take but all decisions must be made with time and calm.
Planning ahead will benefit you in miltuple ways. Many car accidents
are due to people who do not plan ahead and want to change lanes at
the last minute. This causes many fights and accidents since the
other person did not expect what happened or perhaps did not have
time to stop.
To
conclude, driving is not an easy job, it comes with a lot of
responsibility. Always plan ahead. Know where you are going and be
aware of the weather’s conditions. Also, try to leave on time to not
feel like rushing into places and to have a safe drive. Be aware of
your sorroundings and do not drive fast or furious.
