It seemed that
every time I passed this road there was always an unsettling sight.
Why is nobody paying attention can they do anything right? Mommy
don’t text and drive you know you’ll lose your sight. “Oh it’s
only for a second, we’ll be alright this time.” We were the lucky
ones because after a few seconds I turned to my right, and see kids
crying “Mommy wake up, we need you home tonight.” That night I
went home and prayed, for the ones who passed that day. I swore I’d
never drive distracted, and I plan to keep that action. To this day I
swear It is important to practice safe driving skills, so you won’t
end up like road kill.
