The
number 1 injury in America are car accidents and mostly everyone has
been one every year. So we need to ask ourselves this question “How
can we reduce the number of deaths in car accidents”? Well the
importance of driving education is very important because we can
teach other driving students, how they can have a safe driving
experience. The way we can prevent these sort of accidents is by
finding out what is causing it. So some of these examples would be
drinking alcohol, using their phones, and getting distracted by
things around you. People usually drink a lot when they are at a
party or at the bar and at the end of the day they have to drive
themselves back home without even realizing that they might be drunk.
That’s how most people get into accidents and the way we can prevent
this is by making people stop drinking a lot and making them only
drink to the point that they had enough but still drive safely home.
Another way drivers can get hurt would be texting and driving, most
drivers get distracted by new technology that most of them don’t
even pay attention to the road which might cause them to crash. In
order to help those people we need to tell to never use their phones
while they are driving because it puts them and others in danger for
their distractedness. The last example would be getting distracted
with things around you most drivers sometimes would look around their
surroundings to see buildings or people but as soon as they turn
around back it’s already too late for them. These drivers need to
be reminded that they should always look ahead instead at their
sides. None of my friends or family drive irresponsibly because they
are always careful at looking straight at the road and not getting
distracted. The advice that I would give top others to be a better
and safe driver would be to never get distracted by anything, keep
calm, and put your eyes ahead of the road.
