The importance of drivers ed and reducing the number of deaths
is that in a driving class you learn the rules of the road. Whenever
you take drivers ed, they teach you about road signs, speeding
limits, ad how to drive in general. It is also important because if
people know how to drive, they will have a better chance of not
having an accident and possibly dying. Some steps it will take to
reduce the number of deaths is to first apply to take driver’s
education. Second to take the drivers’ education course. Third, to
pass the driving test and get your permit. Fourth, practice driving
so when you do get your license you will be able to drive safely and
well. Last, get your license and remember what you learned. There is
one time where I and my dad were together and we were stopped at a
red light and a motorcyclist ran over the hood of our car and broke
the front of it. Another incident was with my dad when he took a left
turn when the light was green in the middle of the road. Some steps I
would take is to look into how to drive safer and when or a family
member is driving, I would remind them that this isn’t the proper
way to do something. I can also give them suggestions.
