Every
year thousands of people die due to drive. This is because of various
complications made while driving these consist of drunk driving,
being on your phone and much more. But drivers ed can help
decrease these deaths. While you’re in drivers ed you learn the
road signs, what to do while driving and what not to do while
driving. Also when you get to the end of the class you’ll be able
to do the driving portion, during this you’ll be learning hands-on
how to drive safely. By learning and taking the class you could
decrease the number of deaths per year due to driving by half.

When
you are driving, their are a few things you can do to prevent an
accident or even death. If you were to turn your phone off and never
pick it up you could be helping your fellow drivers and yourself
included. When you mess with your phone you lose focus on your
driving and could very well end up in a ditch or run into a car. So
while you drive why don’t you turn off your phone and pay attention
to the road.

In
my years of growing up, I have been not only in some close calls of
accidents but in some myself. One specific time resulted in my sister
losing feeling in her left foot. This had happened because a car
turned into a fast-food restaurant without paying attention to the
double yellow lines preventing her from turning. When you refuse to
pay attention to the law and road signs you can end up hurting more
than a car but also another human being. So while you are driving,
pay attention to the road signs and the lines on the road.

Another
way to prevent accidents while driving is taking frequent stops to
rest. While you go on long trips you may get drowsy but in a rush to
get to your destination. But if you were to take about an hour to two
or at least 45 minutes to rest you can feel better and energized for
the rest of the time remaining. Sometimes taking time to rest can be
very beneficial
