The Driver’s Seat
“Click-it
or Ticket”. “Don’t Text and Drive”. “Drive Sober
or Get Pulled Over, and so forth. Many of us have definitely heard
all of these slogans and advice, They are everywhere. Yet, we do not
obey. One of the crucial things needed is drivers ed. Learn how
to drive defensively, includes being considerate, courteous, and
careful. Knowledge is the power to combat danger that can even
appear unknowingly. A good driver is how you can be responsible with
the machine and have any kind of danger be prevented. This cannot be
done without being educated on the rules of the road.
I
am thankful that I didn’t have any accident happen to me. I’ve
had my parents get in accidents. But it was certainly not their
fault. What I learned about driving, my parents knew to the fullest.
I
have seen people doing three or more faults that are simple explained
in the book . everybody has to study before doing the driving test to
have the first drivers license. I think that doing a review of the
book online, then have a test of it, before doing a driver license
renewal should be a requirement to get a new license.
I
think too that police should be more responsible doing their job no
matter who is the driver and applying the same rules to everyone and
not excuse people of their same ethnicity.
Use
the media to show the real mistakes people often do, and explain the
right way to act to correct it.
Everyone
has heard of not using the cell phone while driving, or don’t drink
when driving. The most obvious thing I must say is Do not do anything
that will impair your crucial senses to drive. This includes keeping
your sight, hearing, and touch unaltered. Staying focused on what
you’re doing helps your life and everyone else’s’. When driving,
you are definitely not the only driver.
My
personal commitment is always have enough time to everywhere I go, so
I do not stress myself or stress others on the road. I also do not
answer my phone while driving.
